Here are 20 Great summer Dresses that you can snag for under 20 bucks! Summer dresses are my favorite, throw one on with a cute pair of sandals, put your hair in a ponytail, add a little lip gloss, some mascara and sunglasses and you're good to go!!

This Recipe Yields about 4 servings (feeds my family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 toddlers with leftovers for next day's lunch)
Ingredients:
1/2-3/4 Box of Spagetti (I like Angel Hair- cooks up quicker!)
Soy Sauce (Approx 1/8 to 1/4 cup + dash or 2)
1/2 Bag of Slivered Almonds (about 2 oz or 1/4 cup)
3-4 TBSP Cup Cold Butter (preferably unsalted)
Green Onions (approx 3 stalks)
2 Cloves of Garlic
2 Lemons
2-3 Pork Chops
Oil (I use Canola)

*Skip Ahead and Speed it up! What to Prep while waiting for water to boil: Slice green onions, Chop up pork chops into bite size pieces, about a thumbnail size, slice lemons into small wedges, smash garlic to release aroma and peel paper off.If you still have more time skip ahead and prep your almonds!

Step 1: Drop pasta in boiling water - cook to just over al dente. (DO NOT OVER COOK! IT WILL GET MUSHY!) Drain, rinse under cold water and set aside.

Step 2: Cut Pork Chops into bite size pieces. Heat frying pan and drizzle approx. 1 TBSP of oil in pan, once oil is hot, place pork pieces in hot pan.

Step 3: Use a salt shaker or jar of some sort and smash garlic so you can peel off skin. Garlic should be broken so flavor can seep into pork. Throw garlic pieces into pan with pork - Stir constantly. DON'T LET GARLIC BURN and don't throw it away, we're going to use it again.



Step 4: Cook Pork with Garlic, until it is browned and no longer pink in the middle. Once it is cooked, set aside - DO NOT WASH PAN!! The yummy garlicy pork flavored brown stuff will be delicous for your noodles!


Step 5: Chop Green Onions into bite size pieces and set aside.

Step 5: Noodles should no longer be warm (after sitting and after being rinsed under cold water). Now you need to dry them. Use paper towels to soak up as much water as possible! Do not squeeze them though, just gently soak up the water. (Drying them allows them to fry and keeps them from getting mushy)

Step 6: Heat pan that has all the yummy pork goodness and add 1 TBSP of the butter until melted.

Step 7: Once butter is melted, place half of the noodles in the pan and stir to fry, I use a pasta spoon and gently toss it. Do not mush it or abuse your noodles. If you did use angel hair, it is fragile. You just want to toss it so that every noodle touches the bottom of the pan and gets a little butter on it.

Step 8: Scoot noodles aside and add another tablespoon of butter. Once melted, add other half of noodles, and toss to coat each noodle with butter.

Step 9: Grab those garlic pieces out of the pork and toss them around with the noodles.

Step 10: Sprinkle soy sauce over noodles, and continue to toss, spreading soy sauce evenly amongst the noodles.

Step 11: Continue tossing and frying, attempting to get at least 1/2 of the noodles cooked to a slight crisp and translucent appearence. Add pork pieces and toss around.

Step 12: Add Green onions and toss around.

Step 13: While that's all cooking, let's prepare the almonds! Heat a small sauce pan on medium heat and add 1/2 tbsp of butter. When melted, add almonds to the pan.

STIR ALMONDS CONSTANTLY untile they have a golden appearence and a delicious aroma!

Spoon golden almonds onto a paper towel to soak up that butter. Taste one- they're delicious (These are also awesome on top of ice cream with hot fudge, whipped cream and a cherry!)

Taste noodles and add more soy sauce if you like, toss noodles with green onions and pork until the onions are just a little bit darker and limp and the noodles are to your liking.

Plate your pansit on a platter and sprinkle with almonds, adorn the sides with the lemon slices, for each plate, make sure there are a few pieces of pork, a few almonds, some green onions, and then squeeze a little bit of lemon juice on the noodles! Enjoy!
